The user should review the output of their project's task and check(s) to see what has failed. If this still appears to be fine, please have the content creator review the content configuration and if all is well there, escalate the ticket to Next Tech support.
Please have the user open the JavaScript console. If there are errors from api.next.tech present, please escalate the ticket to Next Tech support.
This means the task run has timed out or an error occurred during processing the task. If it persists please have the content creator review the content configuration and if all is well there, please escalate the ticket to Next Tech support.
