Media Viewer
The media viewer tab will open whenever a user selects media from the directory sidebar. This includes images, videos, audio, and GIFs.
The media viewer does not need to be enabled and will display media files when they are opened. It has no configurable settings.

The media viewer supports most media types that are supported by major browsers, some of which are included below:

Due to differing browser implementations, many videos will not play on all browsers. For best results we recommend using an MP4 container with the H.264 codec. Please refer to this link for more details.
When required, users can always download video files and play them on their local machine.
